  Had a prescription called in at 12:30p. Went by at 3:30p to pick up and they said their system was down. They offered to call me when it came back up and took my number. I stopped by every hr to check until they closed. It was still down. I went by the next day at 11a and received one of my daughter's prescriptions. They claimed that her second prescription had been flagged bc of a high dosage and had to be confirmed with her doctor. I called at 11:30a to see if they had heard back from the doctor and was told that they hadn't heard anything. I was also told that their system went down at 10:30a, which was impossible bc I picked up one prescription at 11a and I watched them scan it on their system. Very VERY displeased with this pharmacy and their customer service attitude. This was my first time using them, I've now transferred all my prescriptions to Kroger! BTW, they never called me when their system was up from 9(open) til 10:30(as the pharmacist claimed).
